After the initial visit to your home, BrokerKing formulates a Competitive Market Analysis of your home and explains the specific steps of a successful real estate transaction.

During the marketing process, you will be provided with regular progress reports and feedback from buyers and brokers who have viewed the property.

Once we have an offer, or multiple offers on the property, we handle negotiations, having my clients' bargaining position as a priority.  Once an offer is accepted and your property goes under agreement, I & my team supervise the process, and continue to update you on the progress.
